Dearest,

Today we shall discuss a health food. Spinach (Popeye-Style)

Ingredients:
  1. 4 bundles of spinach (1kg)
  2. Dry red chillies (torn apart)
  3. 4 cloves garlic (chopped)
  4. 4 tbsp soy oil (for frying)
  5. Coriander (feathery tufts) (:
Method:
Wash spinach thoroughly. Chop and strain in colander.
Heat oil in large wok and add garlic, red chilies and fry until golden. Add spinach and salt. Cover with lid and lower heat. Fry until all water evaporates. Add feathery tufts of coriander and serve with hot, fluffy rice.
